These hangers look sturdy and useful, worked well to keep most of my coats in good shape. However, one broke after less than a month of usage and here cold weather is not frequent, so I rarely take my coats to go out.
It has the same good contruction and over sticky "velvety" feel of their other hangers that I own (and really like) but I have very limited closet space and expected slim-line to be somewhat narrower than the other coat hangers in my closet. They are actually wider than the ones I get from the dry cleaners. If you really need the wider support or have large closets I would definitely recommend these but if you have small closets or an over-active shopping gene I'd say these won't help you cram that last blazer in.
